Aquarium services

A maintenance round that fills itself, tank by tank

Water changes, media swaps, testing and algae control already run on a cycle. Set the interval, the size bands and the travel radius once, and the repeat visits book themselves.

A calendar built around water changes

Generic booking tools treat every job as one hour in one place. A service round is neither.

01

Price by volume and water type

A 20-gallon community tank and a 180-gallon reef are not the same visit. Set bands by gallons and by water type so the calendar stops underselling the big jobs.

02

Recurring slots that hold

Weekly, every other week, or monthly. The same slot stays with the same tank until someone cancels, so a round builds instead of resetting every month.

03

Parameters carry between visits

Nitrate, phosphate, alkalinity, salinity, and the date media was last changed. Logged against the tank rather than remembered, so cover visits are not guesswork.

04

Callouts kept off the round

A failed heater or a sudden bloom is not a routine visit. Give emergencies their own rate and their own window so one bad tank does not wreck the day's schedule.

What a standing visit covers

List the visit once, in the language owners actually understand, and it stops being a quote every time.

Water change and gravel vacuum
Filter media rinsed or replaced
Glass, algae and equipment check
Full test, logged against the tank
Livestock and plant health check
Salt, buffers and consumables topped up
A planted display aquarium stocked with tropical fish
A clownfish swimming in a marine aquarium

Saltwater and reef

Reef work carries longer visits, tighter tolerances and consumables the owner rarely has on hand. Bill dosing and salt separately from labor instead of absorbing them into the rate.

Salinity and alkalinity logs Consumables billed separately Longer visit bands

Ponds and seasonal work

Ponds run on a season, not a two-week cycle. Open-ups, net-downs and pump service list as their own jobs, bookable months ahead so spring does not arrive all at once.

Seasonal open and close Booked months ahead Weather reschedules

What an aquarium service pays

Nothing. Recurring visits, callouts and pond work all pay out in full, and there is no charge for the calendar itself. Livestock and plants are never handed to a courier, so anything alive stays pickup-only or goes in your own vehicle.
